If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days following your delivery or receiving the product. This would usually mean we receive returned goods within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- We ship orders via Australia Parcel Post and select “authority to leave” (ATL) for all orders.
- If for any reason you are not happy with your shipment, please contact us so that we can find a solution to your concern.
- All orders are subject to availability of stock and we undertake reasonable steps to verify that the order and payment details are correct prior to processing orders.
- We offer Australia wide shipping only.
- We aim to post orders as soon as we receive them so please bear with us during busy periods, you will be notified of any delays.
