Thank you for shopping at Condiments Online. We ship most orders within 48hrs, then delivery takes 3-7 business days with some remote regional areas taking a little longer. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days following your delivery or receiving the product. This would usually mean we receive returned goods within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • We ship orders via Australia Parcel Post and select “authority to leave” (ATL) for all orders.
  • If for any reason you are not happy with your shipment, please contact us so that we can find a solution to your concern.

  • All orders are subject to availability of stock and we undertake reasonable steps to verify that the order and payment details are correct prior to processing orders.
  • We offer Australia wide shipping only.
  • We aim to post orders as soon as we receive them so please bear with us during busy periods, you will be notified of any delays.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred by you in connection with the return of damaged or wrong products are refundable under most circumstances.
